Lightpoint Global is looking for a key professional to join the Finance Department.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic business decisions and driving profitability. The position involves close partnership with the company’s CEO.

What we expect:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a finance position within an international company (IT);
  • expertise in accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial management;
  • advanced Excel skills (modeling, data handling);
  • strong commercial orientation and ability to effectively respond to business needs;
  • strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • higher education in Finance or Economics;
  • ability to work with various payment methods;
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

What you will do:

  • preparing, issuing invoices;
  • monitoring and ensuring timely invoice payments;
  • preparing all first-party paperwork for the external accounting team;
  • managing day-to-day financial operations in cooperation with external accounting partners;
  • reviewing payroll calculations and preparing payroll statements for disbursement;
  • processing salary payments to external employees;
  • monthly financial planning;
  • month-end closing and preparation of various reports;
  • preparing annual budgets and long-term financial plans (with adjustments throughout the year);
  • mitigating legal and business risks through robust internal controls;
  • developing and improving reporting and budgeting tools and processes.

Nice to have:

  • Polish language;
  • development of department KPIs;
  • financial cash flow planning.
