The app covers the whole billing process:
1) Calculates payments that the organization should make to the insurance company, taking into account personnel circumstances and changes in the insurance policy the organization uses
2) Issues invoice that can be paid autonomously, without the participation of the insurance company.

By providing seamless self-service billing, the application helps to reduce the interactions between the company and its insurance partner and minimize excessive communication. Moreover, with the app organizations leverage accurate, automated calculations of insurance payments that minds specific organizational factors, affecting the payment amount. That reduce human error and repetitive tasks, and distinguishes the app from the competitors.

What we expect:

Playwright (Python): commercial experience with Page Object Model, parallel execution (pytest-xdist), flaky-test handling, stable locator strategies;
Python + pytest: fixtures and conftest, parametrization, markers, clean and reviewable code; flake8;
MSSQL: joins, aggregates, window functions; DB-level verification of calculation results; test-data preparation and cleanup;
AI tooling: hands-on use to accelerate test authoring; Claude Code or similar agentic tools. Custom agents, skills and slash commands for routine QA work are a strong plus;
Allure Report: steps, attachments, epics/features/stories, test-case links, failure categorization;
REST API testing for setup/teardown and data preparation;
Strong Git: branching, PRs, code review workflow;
CI/CD: maintaining and extending an automated suite in a pipeline;
Docker: Dockerfile, docker-compose, running test suites in containers;
Manual web testing: test design, test cases, clear defect reports;
English: B2+.

What you will do:

Build regression automation: UI, API and DB-level verification;
Maintain the CI suite and keep it green: flaky-test triage and quarantine policy;
Automate test reporting in Allure;
Use AI agents and skills to speed up test authoring and maintenance;
Perform manual testing;
Analyze requirements and raise gaps and edge cases early;
Design and maintain checklists, test cases and traceability to requirements.

Nice to have:

Azure DevOps: Boards, Repos, Pipelines;
Azure SQL / cloud DB authentication: pyodbc, azure-identity;
Role- and permission-based testing across multiple user roles;
Test data generation with Faker; secrets management with 1Password and environment-based configuration;
Experience with AI tools.
