As a Local Business Development Representative your main responsibilities will be networking with our potential clients onsite, meeting them in person, participating in IT-related events and other offline activities, introducing and describing our company and services and explaining how we can help them.

What we expect:

  • proven work experience as an IT consultant or Company Representative; 
  • knowledge in one or several industry domains: Martech, E-Publishing, E-Commerce, Fintech, Healthcare;
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • knowledge of local IT market: local IT events, target companies and decision-makers, networking and communication channels, etc (please, specify the region(s) you cover in the application);
  • knowledge of technical essentials and business value of custom software development and IT Outsourcing business model;
  • understanding of our expertise and key promoting services (please, explore them in the "About the company" section);
  • native English proficiency; 
  • bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.

What you will do:

  • research on the provided from our side prospective client companies and decision makers;
  • communicate with senior executives and decision-makers on the local market to convert them into leads (online calls or meetings in person);
  • attend events on our behalf for networking;
  • present our services, solutions and benefits of being our client; 
  • negotiate service agreements.

Nice to have:

  • established network of contacts in one or several industries Martech, E-Publishing, E-Commerce, Fintech, Healthcare;
  • ability to research the prospective client companies on your own. 

Salary:

  • 20-25% of the recognized profit;

  • we're highly interested in the leads provided from your side, and are willing to pay an additional 1-2% for them.
