About Adenty
Adenty is a privacy-first visitor recognition and analytics platform helping B2B companies identify returning website visitors without relying on cookies or invasive tracking methods. Our product serves clients across MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, and digital publishing industries.

We’re seeking an experienced SMM Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across corporate and personal-brand channels. The role blends strategic communication with data-driven execution — increasing awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop a smart, scalable SMM strategy built for measurable growth.

When applying, please share 2–3 examples of your work — this could include social campaigns you’ve run, corporate pages you’ve managed or grown, or posts that demonstrate engagement and tone consistency.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of B2B social media management experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, or analytics tech;
  • proven ability to manage brand presence for US and European markets; advanced English writing and communication skills;
  • proficiency in LinkedIn (organic + paid), X/Twitter, and relevant B2B social networks;
  • experience with B2C social ads (Meta Ads or similar) is a strong plus;
  • familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (UTMs, GA4, scheduling dashboards);
  • solid understanding of outreach, community dynamics, and audience-driven engagement;
  • proactive, analytical, and comfortable aligning creative work with measurable business goals.

What you will do:

  • plan, publish, and manage high-quality content across Adenty’s core social channels to continuously grow visibility and reach;
  • build and expand both company and key team members’ professional networks, focusing on decision-makers and niche influencers;
  • optimize messaging, content formats, and posting schedules to sustain meaningful engagement and interaction;
  • coordinate with content and campaign teams to drive consistent, measurable traffic and lead flow from social channels;
  • design and execute lead-oriented social activities (campaigns, CTAs, lead magnets, retargeting) that convert audience interest into qualified opportunities;
  • track and analyze campaigns’ performance, applying insights to refine voice, format, and targeting;
  • reports directly to the Marketing Lead;
  • preliminary KPIs for this role are already defined, but since this is a new position, we’re open to shaping them together based on your experience and approach;
  • English Level - Advanced (C1+).

Nice to have:

  • experience with AI tools.
